I am very much interested in how to help our young people learn how to deal with their emotion in a positive way. Running proactive circles, restorative action plans, diversity and inclusion and conflict resolution. I am interested in programs based on respect, responsibility ,relationship-building, and relationship-repairing. In the process it will also help provide stronger communities and families.
